This System is Built Based on UDB-305RPD Double Arch High Speed Corrugated Strapper Combined with the 4-Side Squaring Station LX-500 and Optional Bundle Turner.
This System Carries all the Features of UDB-305RPD Double Arch High Speed Corrugated Strapper Include Double W 1250 mm × H 500 mm Arches (Strapping 2 Straps at the Same Time), Power-Driven Roller Tabletop, Top Presser, High Speed DC Motors (220 V 1 Ph), 3 Kinds of Strapping Mode (Automatic, Hand-Running & Convey Mode) and 3 Pcs Auto Package Detection Sensors (Std. Parallel 1 - 2 Straps Per Package).
Integrating with the Inline 4-Side Squaring Station LX-500 and Optional Bundle Turner, This System Offers High Strapping Productivity with The Most Cost-Effective Bundle Squaring Solution for Corrugated Industry.
Using With 5 - 8 mm Width (Specific) PP Strap and Strapping Speed Up to 18 Packages Per Minute.
