This System Consist of a Pallet Dispenser which Storage 10 Australian Standard 2-Way Wooden Pallets (L 1165 mm x W 1165 mm x H 145 mm) that Distributing One by One Onto Underneath Triple Strands Chain Conveyor, a Pop-up Chain Transfer Conveyor that Positioning Empty Pallet for Palletizing & Right Angle Output Palletized Pallet, a Buffer CDLR that Buffer One Palletized Pallet, an Inline Pallet Stretch Wrapper that Auto Wrapping the Palletized Pallets and an Outfeed CDLR that Receive Finished Pallet for Forklift Unloading.

Pop-up Chain Transfer Conveyor is the Solution for Right Angle Direction Changes from Chain Driven Live Roller Conveyor. A Pneumatic / Electric Operated Lifting Device Raises the Multiple Strands of Chain Up Through the Gap Between Rollers While these Powered Chains Transfer the Load Offline.
