Product Description

This System Consist of a Chain Turntable which is able to Rotate 90 Degree Receiving the Pallets from Pallet Vertical Elevator or Allow the Pallets Infeed from Front Chain Conveyor Pass Through, 12 Sets Triple Strands Chain Conveyors that Buffer the Pallets Step by Step and a Stand-alone MCC Cabinet with SIEMENS PLC + HMI and Schneid.er Inverters.

Turntable Provides a Method of Changing Pallet Travel Direction by Rotating the Pallet Through Any Angle from 90° Up to 180° when Pallet Handling Lines Intersect or Change Directions. Unlike Chain Transfers, Turntable Maintain Pallet Orientation Through an Intersection. It can also be Used to Reverse the Orientation of a Pallet or Allow a Pass Through.
