This System Consist of a Pallet Dispenser which Storage 10 Euro Pallets that Distributing One by One Onto Underneath CDLR, a Buffer CDLR that Buffer One Empty Pallet, a Turntable Conveyor that 90 Degree Change Pallet Flow Direction, a Buffer CDLR that Buffer One Empty Pallet, a CDLR that Positioning Empty Pallet for Palletizing, a Buffer CDLR that Buffer One Palletized Pallets, an Inline Pallet Stretch Wrapper that Auto Wrapping the Palletized Pallets and an Outfeed CDLR that Receive Finished Pallet for Forklift Unloading.

Pallet Dispenser is the Vital Piece of Material Handling Equipment which can be Integrated into Production Line for Automating Pallet Stacking or De-stacking. A Stack of No More than 10 Pallets can be Inserted Into the Pallet Dispenser by Forklift (Or Production Line), after which the Pallets are Automatically Individually De-stacked onto Underneath Production Line Via the Control of PLC & Sensors.
